Are you a water drinker, or more of a Gatorade fan?

When you work out, do you prefer water or something else to quench your thirst?  I am a water drinker, while Scot prefers orange gatorade.  What type of drink works for you?

Definitely water!! Drinking Gatorade makes me feel more thirsty. Plus I do not like the taste of Gatorade.

Water is always  safe.   It is the fuel of man and has been since the start of time. Water is the smart key...but I do love my orange gatorade, pre-workout, and my occasional soda.

I love water for working out.  I like grape gatorade too, but I think the key to gatorade not making you feel more thirsty is to drink it really cold...that seems to do the trick for me!
